Han Xiang Yau

Han Xiang’s practice focuses on commercial law, technology transactions, data privacy, and intellectual property matters. His experience spans both contentious and non-contentious matters and includes advising on data privacy compliance to regulations relating to cloud services, telecommunications services, digital platforms, gaming, and media services.

Outside practice, Han Xiang engages in community outreach and provides community legal advice, which keeps him grounded in the legal challenges faced by individuals in his community. He also stays active through sports like fencing, having previously represented Singapore as a national fencer.
