Ruth specialises in technology and commercial law matters. Called to the Singapore bar in 2015, she has substantial experience in local and cross-border commercial transactions, intellectual property law, software licensing, data privacy and in commercial real estate matters. Ruth has also been seconded as in-house counsel to a technology multinational company in the business of ride-sharing technology. Her clients appreciate her business acumen and clear, holistic advice.

Beyond the law, Ruth dedicated time to her family’s food and beverage restaurant group, including providing legal support and advice in relation to the sale and acquisition of the group.
